How you make a booking with us
The most important thing when booking your holiday with Tailormade Andalucia is communication.
That is why we offer you a choice between contacting us via email with our enquire now service or speaking to us at length over the phone using our callback service. After talking with us and when you are sure of the activities that you want to do on holiday, you can fill out our booking form.
Once we have received your booking form we will contact you to tailormake your itinerary. Only once you are happy with your itinerary, will we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total holiday price (If the commencement date of your holiday is less than six weeks away we will ask for payment in full). On receiving your deposit we will send you, via email, your booking confirmation, including your tailormade itinerary. At this point we will reserve and organise your holiday. During this period before the commencement of your holiday, you are welcome to contact us with any questions you may have.
We ask that full payment be made no later than six weeks before the commencement date of your holiday.
